  • 2. Confirm Design Sketch After receiving the design sketch, the nail artist will confirm with the customer if the design can be made and discuss possible 
  • modifications. The nail artist will also inform the
  • customer of the wholesale price and production time.
  • 3. Pay for Sample: The nail artist will provide a
  • quotation based on the design, and if the first sample is not satisfactory, the customer can request a refund. If modifications are needed the customer can
  • communicate with the nail artist. However once the modifications are confirmed the payment cannot be refunded. The nail artist will modify the sample according to the customer's request until they are satisfied. If the customer needs to see the physical product, they can request that the merchant ship it out, with the shipping cost  by the customers.
  • 4. Confirm Production: After the sample is confirmed. the customer needs to
  •  pay the full amount and the merchant will start making the press-on nails according to the sample.
  • 5. Deliver the Product: After the nail artist completes the product, 
  • the quality inspection colleague will inspect and ship it out. Customers should inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If there are quality issues, such as falling stones, please contact customer service in a timely manner. Non-quality issues are non refundable and non-exchangeable.
